How to Start the Verification Process

Bulk verification

Step 1

Select the Bulk verification mode.

Step 2

Click the Upload file(s) button to choose and upload the file/files with email addresses, or drag your files into the "Drag and Drop" area. Besides the email addresses, your files may also contain additional contact data as described below.

Please make sure you know the file requirements before uploading your lists: 

1) Accepted file format: .csv

2) Email addresses must all be listed in first column

3) Total file size limit per upload: 100 MB

4) We must be able to recognize the additional contact data included in your file. To help with that, we recommend that you use the following names for the columns:

First name

Last name

Clicks

Opens

Revenue

If you have first and last names listed in the same column, just call it Name and Sendigram will recognize that too.

Sendigram will also exclude duplicate addresses that may appear on your list, leaving just one instance of the address for verification, so you will not have to pay for the same address twice.

Step 3

Once the upload completes, click the Run Validator button.

Step 4

– If you have already purchased credits on Sendigram, verification will begin immediately.

– If you haven’t yet purchased credits, a payment window will open and you will be able to select the payment option that works for you. Once you complete the payment, verification will start right away.

Once the operation completes, you will be able to review the detailed verification results.

Individual verification

Step 1

Select the Individual verification mode.

Step 2

Enter the email address you want to check. To check multiple addresses in one session, up to the maximum of 10, just hit Enter after each address and type another one.

Step 3

Click the Run Validator button
