How to Get a Refund for Your Purchase
If you are unhappy with Sendigram for whatever reason, or if something goes wrong during the verification, you can always reach us via the Contact Us form. We’ll do our best to answer your question or fix the issue as soon as possible.
Sendigram has a No Refunds policy. Once payment has been made, it immediately becomes non-refundable.
There are some exceptions. We can issue a refund for you individually if:
- you changed your mind and decided not to verify any emails or use your account, AND there were no verifications started yet.
- an unintentional charge was made due to a payment system error, as long as the error is discovered and refund is requested within 1 month of the charge.
Refunds will be completed within 7 calendar days.
