Top menu

The top menu features important function buttons that you can use for key actions. Let’s go through the menu from left to right:
1. Undo/redo recent changes
These buttons allow you to undo or redo the latest edits made to your email.
Important: The change history resets when you reload the page, reverting to your last save. Please make sure to save your changes before reloading the page to avoid losing any recent edits.
2. Email editing mode
You can edit your email with specific settings for rows and all elements separately for desktop and mobile versions. Settings that apply only to the mobile version are marked with the Mobile label.
If you want to reset any settings that were applied specifically for mobile (and are different from the desktop version), simply click X next to the Mobile tag to revert them back to the desktop settings.

3. Sending a test email
You can send an email to your own address and check how it looks in your inbox.
4. Email details
You can set any subject and preheader for your email. This information will be saved, and when you download your email, it will be included in your HTML file.
Note: This feature is not available in the Email Builder.
5. Saving progress
The Save button allows you to manually save your current progress while creating your email. The builder also features Auto-Save, which automatically saves your changes shortly after any modification is made.
Important: The change history resets when you reload the page, reverting to your last save. Please make sure you have saved all changes before reloading the page to avoid losing any recent edits.
6. Email preview
You can view how your email will look in both desktop and mobile versions.
7. Downloading the email
You can download any template you have edited as a universal HTML file.
