The Campaign Calendar in Sendigram isn't just for planning — it also gives you quick access to important details and actions. This makes it easy to manage campaigns without switching between multiple views.
1. Viewing Campaign Details
- Open the Calendar from the Campaigns menu.
- Hover over any campaign in the calendar to see a tooltip preview, including:
- Campaign name
- Status (Draft, Scheduled, Active, Completed)
- Scheduled send date and time
- Audience (lists, groups, or segments selected)
- Click on a campaign to open its Campaign Card, where you can see and edit all details (General, Contacts, Email Template, Scheduler).
2. Quick Actions from the Calendar
Without leaving the calendar, you can:
- Edit – open the campaign to make changes.
- Reschedule – adjust the send date and time directly.
- Duplicate – create a copy of the campaign to reuse design and settings.
- Cancel – stop a scheduled campaign before it starts.
- View Report – for completed campaigns, open the reporting dashboard to check performance.
3. Benefits of Quick Actions
- Save time – no need to go through long menus.
- Stay organized – manage multiple campaigns from one visual overview.
- Avoid mistakes – easily check which campaigns overlap or are too close together.
4. Best Practices
- Review the calendar weekly to stay on top of all upcoming campaigns.
- Use filters (by status, campaign type, or creator) to declutter the view.
- Double-check campaign details from the calendar before launch to avoid errors.
- Use duplicate + edit for recurring campaigns like newsletters — this saves setup time.
