Saving progress and navigating between campaign blocks

When building a campaign in Sendigram, you work through four main blocks: General, Contacts, Email Template, and Scheduler. The platform lets you save your progress at any point and move between blocks without losing work.

1. Automatic Saving

  • Sendigram saves your changes automatically as you move between fields.
  • Example: If you update the subject line in General, it is saved instantly.
  • This prevents data loss if you switch blocks or lose your connection.

2. Manual Saving (Optional)

  • Some actions (like editing the email template) include a Save button.
  • Always click Save before exiting the editor to ensure all design changes are stored.

3. Navigating Between Blocks

You don't need to complete each block in strict order — you can move freely.

  • Click any block to open it and make changes.
  • Your progress is preserved when you switch back and forth.

4. Incomplete Blocks

  • Blocks that are missing required fields will be marked with a warning indicator.
  • You must complete all required fields before you can send or schedule the campaign.

5. Resuming Later

  • You can exit a campaign draft at any time — all entered details are saved automatically.
  • To continue:
    1. Go to Campaigns → Drafts.
    2. Select your campaign draft.
    3. Pick up where you left off in any block.
