Changing your account login (email address)

Your login email is the primary identifier for your Sendigram account. If you need to switch to a new email address — for example, if your company changes domains or you want to use a more secure mailbox — you can update it directly in your account settings.

1. Log in to Your Account

  • Open the Sendigram website.
  • Click Login and enter your credentials.

2. Go to Account Settings

  • Click your profile icon (top-right corner).
  • Select Profile.

3. Change Your email

  • Click Change email address under your profile's name.
  • Enter your new email address.
  • Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
  • Click Save Changes.

4. Confirm the New Email

  • Sendigram will send a verification link to your new email address.
  • Open the email and click the link to confirm the change.
  • Until you confirm, your old email will remain active as the login.

5. What Happens After the Change

  • Once verified, you will use your new email address to log in.
  • All future system messages (notifications, invoices, password resets) will be sent to the new email.
  • Your campaign data, contacts, and lists remain unchanged.

6. Important Notes

  • You cannot use an email address that is already linked to another Sendigram account.
  • If you lose access to your old email before updating, you must contact Sendigram Support to verify your identity.
  • Sendigram accepts only business email addresses to maintain consistency and security.
