Claiming your onboarding reward and using the coupon code

To celebrate completing onboarding, Sendigram offers new users a special reward. This comes in the form of a coupon code that you can use toward your subscription or email credits.

1. When You Receive the Reward

After you finish all onboarding steps, a reward notification appears on your Dashboard.

You’ll also receive an email with your coupon code for safekeeping.

2. Finding Your Coupon Code

You can access the code in two ways:

  1. Dashboard popup – appears immediately after you complete onboarding.
  2. Account → Rewards section – stores your coupon details for later use.

3. How to Apply the Coupon Code

  • Go to Plans & Pricing.
  • Click Apply Coupon.
  • Enter your coupon code in the provided field.
  • Confirm — the discount will apply to your next invoice or purchase of email credits.

4. Rules and Conditions

  • Coupon codes are usually one-time use.
  • They may apply to:
    • Your first paid subscription.
    • Additional email credits.
  • Each coupon has an expiry date — check the details in your Dashboard or email notification.

5. Tips for Maximizing Your Reward

  • Apply the coupon before upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
  • Use it when you’re ready to send larger campaigns, so you get maximum value.
  • Keep the code safe — it cannot be restored once it expires.

6. Troubleshooting

  • If your coupon doesn’t work, double-check the expiry date and correct spelling of the code.
  • If problems persist, contact Sendigram Support via the Help menu.
