Deleting your account

If you no longer wish to use Sendigram, you can permanently delete your account. Please note that account deletion is irreversible — once your account is removed, all associated data will be lost.

1. Before You Delete Your Account

  • Make sure you've exported any important data (e.g., contact lists, reports, or templates).
  • Confirm that you don't have active campaigns scheduled — these will be canceled automatically after deletion.
  • If you're on a paid plan, cancellation of your subscription will also occur.

2. How to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to your Sendigram account.
  2. Click your profile icon (top-right corner).
  3. Click Delete Account under your profile's name.
  4. Enter your account password to confirm your identity.
  5. Click Confirm Deletion.

3. What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account and all associated data (contacts, lists, templates, reports, campaigns) will be permanently erased.
  • You will no longer be able to log in with your credentials.
  • If you want to use Sendigram again, you will need to create a new account.

4. Alternative Options

If you're considering deletion, you may want to:

  • Pause or downgrade your subscription instead of deleting your account.
  • Contact Sendigram Support if your main concern is billing, technical issues, or list management — in many cases, issues can be resolved without full deletion.

5. Important Notes

  • Deletion cannot be undone.
  • Coupon codes, rewards, or unused credits are not refundable once deletion is complete.
  • Shared access (if you are part of a team account) will also be revoked.
