Deleting users

As your team changes, you may need to remove a teammate's access to the system. In order to do that:

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Go to Account Settings → Users.
  3. Select the user and click three dots in the Actions column.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What happens next

  • The user can no longer access Sendigram.
  • Their assets (campaigns, templates, lists, reports) remain in the account.
  • Scheduled campaigns they created continue to run unless you cancel or change the sender/owner.

Deleted users cannot be reactivated. Invite them again via Invite user (they'll register as a new user).
