Unused package credits

When you purchase an email package in Sendigram, you receive a set number of credits that can be used to send campaigns. But what happens if you don't use them all?

1. Do Unused Credits Expire?

  • Each package has a one month validity period.
  • After the end of the validity period all unused emails expire.
  • You can see the expiration date of your credits in Plans and pricing.

2. What Happens if You Buy a New Package

  • If you purchase a new package before the old one is fully used, the credits add up in your balance.
  • Each package still has its the expiration date.
  • Credits are consumed in order of nearest expiry (to minimize losses).

3. Auto Top-Up and Expiry

  • If Auto Top-Up is enabled, new credits are added automatically when your balance gets low.
  • Expiry still applies — monitor your usage to avoid losing credits.
