How to Work with a Contact Group
Once you have established a Contact Group in Sendigram, you can easily manage, find, and organize your lists.
Here is an overview of the actions you can take to manage your groups effectively.
Viewing and Editing a Group
To review the specific subscribers inside a group or make changes, you can access the group's detailed view.
You can access a group's card for viewing and editing by clicking directly on its name.
Searching for a Group
If your account has a growing number of contact groups, finding a specific one is straightforward.
- Open your Groups list.
- Use the search field to enter the name of the group you are looking for.
- The system will automatically search for matching groups using one or more characters.
Organizing Groups with Tags
To help categorize and filter your lists, you can apply tags to your groups.
- Click on the Tags button.
- This action will open a "Choose tags" window.
- Select the appropriate tags to categorize your group.
Deleting a Group
When a group is no longer needed, it can be removed from your dashboard.
- Select the checkbox next to one or more groups you wish to remove.
- Once a checkbox is selected, the Delete button becomes active.
- Click Delete to confirm the action, or click Cancel to abort the operation and close the window.
