Default permissions for additional users

When you add new team members to Sendigram, they receive the set of default permissions:

  • Create and send campaigns.
  • Build and edit templates.
  • View campaign reports and analytics.

What Regular Users Cannot Do

  • Access Plans & pricing.
  • Add, edit, or remove sending domains and IPs.
  • Edit contacts.
  • Change account-level security settings.
  • Invite, edit, or delete other users.

However, admins can grant them all these permissions—but it has to be done manually.
