Searching and filtering campaigns by name, date, and status
As your number of campaigns grows in Sendigram, it becomes important to quickly find the one you need. The Campaign List and Calendar both include search and filter tools to help you locate campaigns by name, date, and status.
1. Searching by Name
- Go to Campaigns → Your campaigns.
- Enter the campaign's name or part of it into the Search bar.
- Results will narrow instantly to matching campaigns.
2. Filtering by Status
You can filter campaigns based on their progress:
- Draft – campaigns still being built.
- Planned – waiting to be sent at a future date/time.
- Active – currently sending.
- Finished – already finished sending.
How to filter:
- In the Campaign List, open the Status filter.
- Select one or multiple statuses.
- The list updates automatically to show only matching campaigns.
3. Filtering by Date
- In Your campaigns open the Date filter.
- Choose the data range you want to see the results for.
- Apply the filter — only campaigns created, scheduled, or sent within that range will appear.
4. Combining Filters
- You can apply multiple filters at once. Example:
- Status = Finished
- Date = Last 30 days
- Name contains "Promo"
- This makes it easy to review specific campaign sets, such as all promotions sent last month.
- Bulk actions: editing, duplicating, and deleting campaigns
