Managing user permissions and access rights

In Sendigram, admins can control what each team member can and cannot do by assigning roles and managing permissions. This ensures account security while allowing everyone to work efficiently within their responsibilities.

1. Who Can Manage Permissions?

  • Only admins can assign and change user roles.
  • Regular users cannot modify permissions or invite/remove team members.

2. Editing permissions for existing users

  1. Open Account SettingsUsers.
  2. Find the user you want to update.
  3. Click three dots in the Actions column.
  4. Make the required changes:
    • Change the user's name.
    • Allow or remove functional permissions
  5. Save changes — updates take effect immediately.
